The Phone Screen Appointment System

Patients who sign up to participate in the study and pass our online screening questionnaire will be asked to book an appointment for phone screening, when both of you are available. 

This means the majority of patients will choose a specific time slot to be contacted for their phone screen call, and they will need to be contacted at this time.

We will provide you with the patient phone screen appointments in the following way:

  • We will provide you with a live Google calendar that contains each phone screen appointment. You can, at any time, block off time you are unavailable on this calendar, and this calendar integrates with any other online calendar, including Outlook calendars.
  • You will instantly receive an email for each patient, that contains their phone screen appointment time and completed prescreening questionnaire. This email will also CC the patient and our team, opening up a direct line of communication.
  • We will provide you with access to a live prescreen referrals spreadsheet that contains the appointment details, contact details and prescreening questions and answers for all patients, including those who do not book a phone screen appointment. It will also include those that failed, the reason why and other reports. You can find out more about the prescreen referrals spreadsheet in this FAQ.
