What If We Can’t Call People at a Specific Time?


If you’re having issues calling patients at the right time, we can implement one or more of the following:

  • Let us know your availability, and we’ll update the time slots patients can choose from.
  • Block off specific times directly on the phone screen calendar. If you’re having trouble accessing it, just let us know!
  • Adjust appointment start times (e.g. every 10, 15, or 30 minutes).
  • Change the call duration or add buffer time between appointments.
  • Require advance notice (e.g. calls must be booked at least 1 hour ahead).
  • Limit the number of phone screens per day to avoid overbooking.
