What If We Can’t Call People at a Specific Time?


If you’re having issues calling patients at the right time, we can implement one or more of the following:

  • You can let us know what your availability is for calls and we can update the available times patients can pick
  • You can block off times on the phone screen appointment calendar. Please let us know if there are any access issues with it.
  • We can change the available start times (eg. every 10, 15 or 30 minutes)
  • We can change the duration of the phone call appointment or add buffer time between calls
  • We can provide a minimum amount of time the call must be booked into the future (eg. must have at least 1-hour notice)
  • We can set a maximum number of phone screen appointments per day
