You can always let us know if times being booked by referrals don't work for you. We can have the study booking page adjusted so that you have enough advance notice before the call. For example, people can only book an appointment 12 hours into the future.


You can indicate the lead time your team will need for Phone Screening Calls in the Working with Trialfacts document or the Study Contact Information Form that is shared with you during setup. After the campaign goes live, you can reach out to your Trialfacts team and let them know if changes need to be made to the lead time indicated in document.
