What Is Your Timeline for Getting Everything Setup for Recruitment?

1. We will send you an Introduction email requesting you to fill out the contact information form and and sharing your Working With Trialfacts welcome pack (outlining everything you need to know about your engagement with us form a service delivery perspective).
2. We will follow up on your answers to the contact information form within 3 days.
3. We will provide you with the promotional material, ads, and an online questionnaire for your review within 4 business days of the introduction email mentioned in point 1.
4. You will have 2 business days to review your promotional materials. Failing any feedback within this timeframe will result in the assumption that everything is in order and we will proceed to the creation of the coded tools for your recruitment campaign.
5. If updates are needed to the promotional material after your review, we will send an updated version within 2 business days of receipt of your feedback. Once you’ve accepted the promotional materials, you will submit the document to your IRB/Ethics for approvals. 
6. In approximately 7 business days (while waiting for ethics/IRB approval), we will code and set up everything needed for recruitment up, and share these items with you.
   1. Please note: This timeframe applies to single site studies, coding time for multisite studies increases with the number of sites involved.
7. We will ask you to schedule a Kickoff Call with our Client Success Specialist to test the coded materials and ensure they are working properly.
8. Once you receive IRB approval and all coded materials are updated and working, we will need your final approval to begin recruitment (as well as payment of your invoice).
   1. Please note: failure to pay overdue invoices may hinder the launch of your campaign.
9. After we receive your final approval and payment, your campaigns will be live within 2 business days.
