What Is Your Timeline for Getting Everything Setup for Recruitment?- (Updated Process)

  1. We will request you to populate the onboarding form upon acceptance of your recruitment plan..
  2. We will also send you an Introduction email to the recruitment team requesting you to fill up the contact information form and ask you to schedule an Alignment Call with our Account Coordinator to discuss your answers to the form and other details needed for promotional materials creation.
  3. We will follow up on your answers to the onboarding form and the contact information form within 3 days.
  4. Once we receive the populated forms, we will request your team to book an alignment call with our Account Coordinator. If this is already booked, you will join your Account Coordinator on a 45-minute to 1-hour alignment call to discuss your answers to this form and other special concerns for your Promotional Materials.
  5. Approximately 1 week after the call has been conducted, we will provide you with the promotional material, ads, and an online questionnaire for your review.
  6. If updates are needed to the promotional material after your review, we will send an updated version within 2 business days of receipt of your feedback. Once you’ve accepted the promotional materials, you will submit the document to your IRB/Ethics for approvals. 
  7. In approximately 5 days (while waiting for ethics/IRB approval), we will code and set up everything needed for recruitment up, and share these items with you.
  8. We will ask you to schedule a Kickoff Call with our Account Coordinator to test the coded materials and ensure they are working properly. 
  9. Once you receive IRB approval and all coded materials are updated and working, we will need your final approval to begin recruitment.
  10. After we receive your final approval, your campaigns will be live within 2 business days, anticipating your first referral to be sent shortly thereafter.
