How to Filter the Presceened Referrals Spreadsheet to View "Participants in Progress

The application of Filter Views in Google Sheets allows users to arrange rows without impacting the core file or altering the perspective of other collaborators. Using this function enables users to exclusively view referrals that have yet to receive outcomes or that require final outcomes.

These specific referrals are commonly referred to as "participants in progress."

To access the filter view for these designated referrals, please follow the steps outlined below:

On the menu bar at the top of your spreadsheet and select "Data".
Hover over "Filter views" from the available options.
Click on "Participants in Progress".

Please note: any updates applied to the "Outcome," "Reason Category," and "Notes" columns while in this view will be applied to the original file as well.

If you wish to revert to the original view, simply locate and click the "x" button in the top-right corner of the current filter view.
