What Should We Do If We Have Any Issues With Recruitment?

Please ensure you contact us immediately if any recruitment problems are experienced. If we’re not informed of any recruitment issues until the end or near the end of our recruitment contract it will be too late for us to address them. Conversely, we can address any recruitment issues that surface if we’re told before we’ve already spent a lot of money on advertising. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • A significant number of people screen failing for a specific eligibility criteria or other reason
  • Unable to keep up with the number of patient referrals
  • Unable to contact patients at their phone screen appointment time
  • Unable to make contact with a number of patient referrals
  • Patients unclear about a key element of the study
