When a patient is successfully contacted and passes your phone screen eligibility criteria, our Phone Screening Specialist will book their clinic/in-person appointment while still on call.

Our booking system allows us to align appointments with your pre-determined schedule and availability, eliminating the possibility of conflicting or overlapping priorities. Patients can also cancel or reschedule independently using the booking link.


We will provide you with the patient clinic screen appointment information in the following way:

  • Through a live Google or Outlook calendar that contains each clinic screen appointment. You can, at any time, block off time you are unavailable on this calendar, and this calendar integrates with any other online calendar on your end.
  • Through an email for each patient containing their clinic screen appointment time and any relevant additional details.
  • Through access to a live prescreen referrals spreadsheet containing the appointment details, contact details, and clarifying notes on the patient's phone screening outcome, including the answers of those who do not book an appointment immediately. The referrals spreadsheet will also include de-identified questionnaire answers for those who failed the prescreener, the reason why and other reports on your recruitment.
