The de-identified referral spreadsheet serves as a valuable tool that allows you as the sponsor/ CRO to monitor and assess the progress of your study.
It enables you to track the number of referrals sent to each site and helps you stay informed about the referral status and outcomes across different sites (provided the site updates the Outcome column).
