What Are Interim and Final Outcomes on the Prescreen Referrals Spreadsheet?

You will note that outcomes are color coded in the prescreen referrals spreadsheet.


  • Outcomes not highlighted (white) represent final outcomes. These include:
    • Phone Screen - Not Interested
    • Phone Screen - Fail
    • Clinic Screen - Fail
    • Clinic Screen - No Show,
    • Unreachable After 5 Attempts
    • Enrolled


  • Outcomes highlighted in beige are interim outcomes. These include:
    • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Contact Attempt Made - collectively referred to as "Contact in Progress"
    • Phone Screen - Passed (only interim outcome highlighted green)


Please also refer to our FAQ on how to use the prescreen referrals spreadsheet for additional guidance on the description of each outcome.

Please also note: any referral that has no outcome yet on the spreadsheet will be highlighted yellow.


We ask that you update interim outcomes with one of the final outcomes (depending on the result of the patient's clinic visit or phone screening) so we can track progress on our end accordingly. This information, coupled with information provided in the "Reason" column next to outcomes, is our best chance at assisting you in converting referrals to enrollment.
