How to Use Filter Views on the Referrals Spreadsheet

Filter Views

The filter view function of Google Sheets allows you to filter and analyze referral data in the Referral Spreadsheet without affecting the view for other collaborators. This is typically available for studies with multiple research sites to enable the filtering of data across the different research sites.

How to Access Filter Views

Our tech team will create filter views for each site under your study. You can find these filter views by following the steps below:

Click the filter views button on the Sheets toolbar (See 1 on the image below)
Click the site you would like to view (See 2 on the image below)

Note: The filter results can only be viewed by yourself, and will not display to other collaborators who are currently on the spreadsheet.
